What is your pet policy?
Feel free to bring your fury friend! Pets are welcome at our campgrounds and to stay in our cabins as long as they are always in control by their owner.
Is there water or electric at the cabins or campsites?
Our camper cabins are set up with solar lighting and USB ports for charging in the cabins while our campsites are solely primitive. We do have water available to fill up before heading to camp near the East Bluff entrance.
Do you have space for my travel trailer, fifth wheel, or other larger RV?
All of our sites are built with nature, seclusion, and an experience first mindset meaning they all very in size. Some have room for larger rigs while some are more suited for smaller vans, tents, and such set ups. Please see each campsites description for sizing.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cabins, we offer full refunds when canceled 30+ days in advance, 50% refund 14+ days in advance, 25% refund 8+ days in advance, and no refund if canceled 7 days or less before your stay.
Shuttle passes are non-refundable but may be moved to a different day (pending availability) if notification is provided 8+ days in advance. If the shuttle makes fewer than 5 trips due to weather or mechanical issues, riders will be issued a refund of $15/run. For example if the shuttle were to make only 2 trips, then passengers would be issued a $45 refund. This is based on the number of runs the shuttle makes, regardless of when you arrive.
